Delivery tracking is one of the most frequently visited pages after checkout, yet it remains one of the main sources of customer uncertainty.

To improve the post-purchase experience, we have launched the new MakeCommerce Integrated Tracking Page.

It provides a clearer and more structured shipment overview, including:

  • Accurate and timely delivery updates

  • Clear shipment status visibility

  • Pickup point details with map view

  • A more consistent tracking experience

Instead of relying solely on standard carrier tracking pages, merchants can now offer customers a smarter and more transparent way to follow their deliveries.

The integrated tracking page is available to all merchants using our Shipping+ solution with the latest Wix, WooCommerce, and Shopify* modules.

The result?

Fewer “Where is my order?” inquiries and a smoother customer journey after checkout.

This is the first step – custom branding options are already planned for future updates.
