MakeCommerce´s Latvian customers shine at the E-commerce Star 2024 Awards

On May 24, the Ecom Riga forum honored the top Baltic e-shops for their e-commerce achievements. We are thrilled to announce that several of MakeCommerce’s customers reached the podium, with Latvian businesses particularly standing out.

This year marked the inaugural “E-commerce Star 2024” competition, held across the Baltic countries. Participants from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania competed in four categories based on turnover size, as well as a special category for newcomers. An international jury evaluated the e-shops based on design, user-friendliness (UX), and performance.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our Latvian client Unusi for winning first place in the newcomers category, and to Silmachy and Valmiermuiza for earning silver in the small and large business categories, respectively. Applause also goes to Apotheka for securing third place among medium-sized businesses, and to Given, Renaterose, Maimai, Yoko, and Kavosdraugas for reaching the finals!

Originating in Latvia, this event will continue annually across the Baltics, with Vilnius hosting next year’s event.
