Wise payments now available!

MakeCommerce is continuously expanding its range of payment methods to offer merchants and online shoppers flexible and convenient ways to pay for online purchases. We are excited to announce that our merchants can now accept payments directly from Wise accounts!

What is Wise and why to use it?

Wise, formerly known as TransferWise, is a fintech company recognized for its cost-effective solution for international money transfers. In addition, Wise offers bank accounts and issues payment cards. Now, Wise users can conveniently pay in MakeCommerce merchants´ e-shops directly from their Wise accounts. For merchants, accepting payments through the payment initiation service is significantly more cost-effective compared to card payments.

A wide range of payment options – all under one contract

MakeCommerce aims to provide merchants with a comprehensive payment solution where all major payment methods are accessible through a single, easy-to-use integration. In 2024, we have added several new payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Urbo Bank, and Inbank hire-purchase, available in both Estonia and Latvia.

Starting from October 24th, merchants can now offer their customers the option to pay with Wise. This addition further enhances the choice and convenience for both local and international shoppers.
