Pay with Click to Pay and win a €500 gift card

1. Organiser and campaign period

• The Click to Pay Prize Draw (“Campaign”) is organised by Maksekeskus AS, registry code 12268475, Liivalaia 45, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, in cooperation with Mastercard Europe SA.
• The Campaign runs from 15 August to 30 September 2026.

2. Participation

• The Campaign is open to natural persons aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Maksekeskus AS, Mastercard, and the participating online stores who are directly involved in organising the Campaign, as well as their immediate family members, may not participate.
• To enter the Campaign, a participant must make a purchase during the Campaign period from one of the participating online stores and pay with Click to Pay using a Mastercard card.
• No separate registration is required.
• Each qualifying purchase provides one entry into the Prize Draw of the online store where the purchase was made.
• Participants may enter multiple times by making multiple qualifying purchases.
• Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated transactions are not eligible.
• The participating online stores are NS King (nsking.ee), operated by Nittis OÜ; Ehituse ABC (ehituseabc.ee), operated by Optimera Estonia AS; and GIVEN (given.ee), operated by Given Estonia OÜ.

3. Prizes and selection of winners

• Two €500 gift cards will be drawn among the qualifying customers of each participating online store: 2 x €500 NS King gift cards; 2 x €500 Ehituse ABC gift cards; 2 x €500 GIVEN gift cards.
• Participants are entered only into the Prize Draw of the online store where the qualifying purchase was made.
• Winners will be selected at random no later than seven days after the Campaign ends.
• Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details provided with the purchase.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 calendar days of the first contact attempt or does not meet the Campaign conditions, the Organiser may select a new winner.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
• If circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control prevent an announced prize from being awarded, the Organiser may replace it with a prize of equivalent value.

4. Personal data

• The Organiser (Maksekeskus AS) processes participants’ personal data (incl. name, contact details, and relevant transaction information) for administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and awarding prizes.
• Further information about the processing of personal data, including the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, participants’ rights, and contact details, is available in the Maksekeskus Privacy Policy.
• Questions relating to the processing of personal data may be sent to dpo@maksekeskus.ee.
• Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in their country of habitual residence.

5. Changes, liability and complaints

• If circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control make it necessary, the Organiser may amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign.
• Any material changes will be published on the MakeCommerce website or communicated through another Campaign-related channel, and will not unreasonably prejudice participants who have already entered.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact details and for keeping them up to date throughout the Campaign.
• The Organiser is not responsible for notifications or prizes not received where this results from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details provided by the participant, unless the Organiser failed to update such details after being duly notified of a correction.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Organiser’s liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.
• The Campaign is governed by Estonian law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the participant’s country of residence.
• Complaints must be submitted by 31 December 2026 with the subject line “Click to Pay Prize Draw”, by email to support@maksekeskus.ee or by post to Maksekeskus AS, Liivalaia 45, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.
• Disputes shall, where possible, be resolved through good faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Harju County Court, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
